As a Retail Advisor at Virgin Media O2, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional in-store performance and customer service, collaborating with your team to achieve the broader objectives of the store. At Virgin Media O2, we take pride in providing a distinctive customer experience. We will train and empower you to excel by understanding our customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the most suitable products and services to enhance their digital experiences.
You play a vital role in creating memorable interactions for our customers and contributing to the success of our store. Here’s what you need to know:
Key Responsibilities- Become knowledgeable about all aspects of Virgin Media O2, promoting our products, services, and brand.
- Consistently achieve store targets by crafting personalized recommendations and sharing our brand message.
- Take responsibility for your performance and contribute to the overall success of Virgin Media O2.
- Seize opportunities for personal growth with support from store leadership and company resources.
Experience a comprehensive induction program that covers all facets of Virgin Media O2. We will ensure you are well-prepared for success and capable of serving our customers effectively. You will be required to attend a 4-day (30 hours) induction within your first two weeks. We will discuss this further during your initial interview.
