About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Apache Associates. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to sign IT support contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Generate Leads: Employ various tactics such as business networking, cold calling, and other strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential clients to understand their IT needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal technical teams to create comprehensive proposals for potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our IT support services.
  • Present Proposals: Effectively present proposals to clients, showcasing how our services can meet their needs and improve their IT infrastructure.
  • Identify Additional Sales Opportunities: Continuously identify opportunities for additional sales, including equipment, labor-intensive projects, and services such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ensure Ongoing Sales Opportunities: Ensure that ongoing sales opportunities are maintained from existing signed clients by being their first point of contact for technical queries.
  • Develop IT Support Contract Offerings: Collaborate with the team to develop and improve our IT support contract offerings and identify new product opportunities.
  • Implement Improvements: Suggest and implement improvements in our service delivery and product offerings to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Business Development environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites as required.
  • Location: Must be able to live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate or Leeds area to facilitate office visits and client meetings.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
