Agricultural Underwriter Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Underwriter to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a specialist underwriting business, we are driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for agriculture.
Key Responsibilities- Handle underwriting tasks with precision, including new business, renewals, and adjustments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Take a proactive approach to managing risks, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical aspects of agriculture and insurance.
- Continuously enhance your technical expertise, contributing to our team's knowledge base and maintaining high-quality underwriting standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to business development efforts and embrace change as opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cert CII is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated expertise in underwriting, with a focus on specialist markets and products, including agriculture and crop insurance.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing the insurance industry, including those related to agriculture and crop insurance.
- Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- 26 days' holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Company Pension scheme.
This role can be worked as an office, hybrid, or remote role, depending on your preferences and needs.
