Job Summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Training Section Manager in our Cellular Pathology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering all aspects of the department's training program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for staff in the Histopathology Department, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain external links with training providers and universities to ensure access to the latest training and development opportunities.
  • Facilitate compliance with performance development reviews and mandatory training, working closely with the Performance Section Manager.
  • Organize and deliver formal training sessions for staff, incorporating learning from external training and meetings to improve network service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain records of staff training and development, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for audit and review purposes.
