Job Summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Cellular Pathology Training Section Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training programs in cellular pathology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for staff in cellular pathology, including competency assessments, generic and specialist portfolios, and other formal qualifications.
  • Facilitate compliance with performance development reviews and mandatory training, in conjunction with the performance section manager.
  • Develop and maintain external links with training providers and universities.
  • Attend external training and meetings, and incorporate learning into network service improvements.
  • Organize, prepare, and deliver formal training sessions for staff in cellular pathology.

Requirements
