About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Macmillan Davies Hodes. As an HR Generalist, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and support to clients on people-related queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Support clients with HR administration tasks, such as contract management, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with HR goals.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
  • Generalist HR experience with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Key eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships and rapport with ease.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple plates spinning.
