HR Coordinator - Temporary to Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR information and manage HRSS processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties, including training certifications, forms, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Communication: Respond to HR Shared Service inbox queries, providing timely and effective communication to employees and management.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related activities, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports, providing insights and analysis to management.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update colleague documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payroll: Resolve payroll queries with the Payroll Manager, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
  • Initiatives: Coordinate initiatives, such as Wellbeing Week and long service lunches, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Meetings: Support monthly COTQ meetings and process payments, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Training: Organize training and support password resets for Skills Hub, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources.
  • Recruitment: Organize recruitment interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Company Car: Manage company car process and liaise with the Facilities Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Password Resets: Reset Colleague Central passwords and assist with the CC app, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years in an HR function, with a stable work history.
  • CIPD L3 Study: Positive attitude towards CIPD L3 study, with a willingness to learn and develop.
