Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert advice, guidance, and support to clients on people-related matters.
  • Engage with clients through office visits and remote communication, utilizing tools like Microsoft Teams, and provide in-person assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Support employee relations casework, equipping clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including drafting employment contracts, managing changes to terms and conditions, and handling ad-hoc requests such as calculating holiday entitlements.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to foster a cooperative working environment.

Candidate Profile:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Enthusiastic about personal growth and pursuing further training or qualifications.
  • Generalist HR advisory experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Confident and personable, with the ability to build relationships effortlessly.
  • Adaptable to change and open to new working methods.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
