Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team, driving business outcomes and improving organizational performance.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and effective execution.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Support business needs through the development and management of talent, driving growth and innovation.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, informing business decisions and driving strategic outcomes.
