The Michael Page HR team is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to provide expert human resources support and drive business growth within the Not for Profit sector.

About the Role

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, attracting top talent and building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Support business needs through the development and management of talent, identifying and addressing skill gaps, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
