About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on people-related queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters
  • Support clients with employee relations casework and provide them with the correct information to make effective decisions
  • Assist with HR administration tasks, such as producing contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to provide a collaborative and supportive service to clients
Requirements
  • Qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • Generalist HR advisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships and rapport with ease
