Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a dynamic role that provides opportunities for professional growth and training? Join a thriving HR Consultancy where you will engage with a diverse array of clients, addressing a wide spectrum of HR inquiries. This position promises variety and a fast-paced environment within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver expert advice and support to clients on various people-related matters.
2. Manage communication through office and remote channels, including calls and emails, while utilizing tools like Microsoft Teams.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
4. Assist with employee relations casework, equipping clients with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
5. Provide HR administrative support, including drafting employment contracts, modifying terms and conditions, and handling ad-hoc requests such as holiday calculations.
6. Collaborate closely with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
Candidate Profile:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Eager to enhance skills and pursue further training or qualifications.
- Generalist HR advisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Adaptable to change and new methodologies.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
