About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to provide personal assistant support to the Integration Manager within Midlothian Health & Social Care Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Integration Manager's diary and ensure seamless communication with the team
  • Prepare and circulate meeting papers, take minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive manager and their service leads as required
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues, managers, and external organizations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a well-coordinated and efficient service is provided

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Management/Senior Management Team
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Proficiency in using NHS Lothian and Midlothian Council systems

Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based within Midlothian with remote working opportunities
  • Normal business hours, Monday-Friday
