Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop your own sales team in your territory to maximise sales and profit opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

• Foster strong relationships with employees and customers, leading by example and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Be prepared to lead by example by still having responsibility of your own ledger. Engage directly with farmers to promote and sell a range of innovative feed additives, building strong, lasting relationships.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand their market presence.

• Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

• Ideally a proven track record in sales management within the agriculture industry or at the stage of wanting to progress to this level, whilst having the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.

• Direct to farm sales skills with a focus on customer relationship management and consultative selling.

• Deep understanding of the agricultural sector, preferably in animal nutrition and feed additives but dependant on the individual.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Willingness to travel across Scotland to engage with customers and support the sales team.
