Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that all guests are checked in and out efficiently and effectively.
    • Take care of the finer details, including preparing bills and taking payments.
  • Hotel Operations
    • Work a variety of weekend and weekday shifts, including evenings and weekends.
    • Be knowledgeable about our hotel and its services, and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
    • Take care of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the hotel team to ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
    • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
