Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain a high level of service standards and ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems.
