The Gainsborough Bath Spa is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain a high level of service standards and ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems.
