About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and preparing bills and taking payments.
  • Show our guests we care by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer, helping our guests and perhaps offering a little upsell too.
  • Take care of the admin – when you're not face-to-face with our guests, you'll be on the phone, emails, or doing other computer-based work.

What to Expect

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and weekdays. You'll be working closely with our team to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience with us.
