The perfect opportunity to join our award-winning day spa, Thermae Bath Spa, has arisen for a Front Desk Ambassador. Located in the heart of Bath, a world heritage city, our spa offers a unique experience for residents and visitors to bathe in Britain's only thermal water Spa.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our guests throughout their journey, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities will include maintaining the pool areas, ensuring the spa remains in an orderly state, and providing exceptional customer service skills to deliver a world-class experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, possess superb communication skills, and demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation.

The working hours for this role will vary, with shifts between 8:30am and 9:30pm, including some weekends.
