Be a Front Desk Ambassador

At Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath, we want our team members to be themselves and thrive in a diverse community. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Here's what you can expect:

  • Work a variety of weekend and weekday shifts, ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience.
  • Take care of the finer details, including check-ins, check-outs, preparing bills, and taking payments.
  • Show our guests we care by answering queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Show off your knowledge of our hotel and its amenities, helping our guests make the most of their stay and perhaps even upselling our services.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and computer-based work, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
