We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at a reputable business in the Bath area. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining the reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Performing general administrative duties, such as booking travel arrangements and ordering stationery
- Providing holiday cover for colleagues
- Liaising with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required
