We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager to join our team at Hotel Indigo Bath, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Bath. As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the front office team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our front office team. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for leading a team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be confident in your ability to lead a team, motivate and inspire others, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the reception area, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Lead a team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
