Job Title: Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
Job Summary:
Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing electronic and hard copy filing systems, minute taking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and providing refreshments for meetings.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, including maintaining accurate records of correspondence and invoices.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in reception or administration roles, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
