Office Administrator
Our client, a reputable manufacturing firm, is in search of a dedicated office administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is essential for supporting the daily functions of the office.

The position encompasses a range of responsibilities including managing general office tasks such as responding to inquiries, handling correspondence, and overseeing mail operations. Additional duties involve procurement management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating logistics, and facilitating recruitment processes.

As part of a close-knit team, you will also be tasked with welcoming guests, managing inventory, and promoting effective communication between staff and management.

Working Hours
Standard hours are from 08:00 am to 16:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 am to 15:30 pm on Fridays.

Compensation
Hourly rate of £13.56, commensurate with experience.
