Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues by collaborating with various departments.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to support new customer deliveries and purchases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock availability and prepare quotations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in product sales and customer advisory roles.
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation
Hourly Rate: £12.32
