We are currently seeking a dedicated office administrator to join our client's team in a well-regarded manufacturing firm. This position is designed to support the daily administrative functions of the office on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing general office tasks such as responding to inquiries, coordinating correspondence, and handling mail.
- Overseeing inventory procurement and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Arranging transportation logistics and participating in recruitment processes.
As a member of a compact team, you will also take on additional duties, which may include:
- Welcoming guests and managing visitor access.
- Conducting inventory assessments and management.
- Facilitating effective communication between team members and management.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with stock control and purchasing procedures.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:00am – 16:30pm
Friday: 08:00am – 15:30pm
Compensation
Hourly rate of £13.56, commensurate with experience.
