About the Role:
Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting
- Meet customer service standards and expectations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
