About the Role:

Ethero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator/Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function, reporting to and assisting the Senior Sales Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales enquiries through our internal document control systems.
  • Report monthly sales and enquiry figures.
  • Produce material take-offs and BoQs from enquiry drawings and information for quotation.
  • Produce and issue detailed quotations to clients.
  • Issue order acknowledgements to clients.
  • Collate and control order information to present to the Design & Production Teams.
  • Control order variations for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain contact with clients through the sales and order cycle.
  • Work closely with our Design and Production teams.
  • Client liaison and deal with customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Technical background with good communication skills.
  • Vibrant and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, and BoQs.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • AutoCAD and BIM knowledge an advantage.
