What You Will Do:
Manage sales enquiries through internal document control systems and report monthly sales and enquiry figures.
Produce material take-offs and Bill of Quantities from enquiry drawings and information for accurate quotation.
Issue detailed quotations and order acknowledgements to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collate and control order information, presenting it effectively to the Design & Production Teams.
Maintain proactive contact with clients throughout the sales and order cycle, addressing queries with precision.
Work closely with Design and Production teams, fostering a collaborative environment to meet customer needs.
What You Will Bring:
A technical background, with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and Bill of Quantities.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM would be advantageous.
A vibrant and enthusiastic personality, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
