About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy as a Sales Estimator and Administrator. As a key member of the sales function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's success and growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries through internal document control systems.
  • Report monthly sales and enquiry figures.
  • Produce material take-offs and Bills of Quantities from enquiry drawings for quotation.
  • Issue detailed quotations and order acknowledgements to clients.
  • Collate and control order information for the Design & Production Teams.
  • Maintain client contact throughout the sales and order cycle.
Requirements
  • Technical background with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and Bills of Quantities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a vibrant and enthusiastic personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and BIM knowledge advantageous.
