Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Engage in proactive communication with customers, including phone interactions to promote and advise on products.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns by collaborating with various departments.
  • Provide insights on stock levels and prepare quotations as needed.
  • Support sales representatives by coordinating deliveries and managing purchases for new clients.
