About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Bid Management: Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality bids.
  • Business Development Activities: Develop and implement a range of business development activities, including marketing campaigns, events, and networking initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business development and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

What We Offer:
