Job Summary

Reed Human Resources is seeking an experienced National Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of training programs across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training to stakeholders within the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with product launches and market demands.
  • Training Centre Management: Manage current and future Training Centre premises, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align training with product launches and market requirements, and build strong working relationships with Area Sales Managers and the Technical Team to achieve training attendance goals.
  • Product Implementation: Work in conjunction with the Product Marketing Senior Specialist for new product implementation, ensuring seamless integration into existing training programs.
  • International Collaboration: Coordinate with the Group in Italy to develop future training offerings for the UK and Ireland market, fostering a culture of global collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Travel and Training Delivery: Travel across the UK and Ireland to deliver training as required, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge within the heating and renewable industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and product launches.
  • Qualifications and Certifications: Hold relevant industry qualifications and certifications, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong organisational and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve training attendance goals.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the business.
