CCF is a leading nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products and solutions to the construction industry, supplying drywall, ceilings, flooring, and fire protection to building specialists, contractors, and builders through a network of over 35 branches.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to manage and develop a predetermined list of key accounts for CCF, focusing on delivering a consistent service and contact strategy. The role will also focus heavily on improving the share of wallet in all accounts to encourage growth of profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow profitable sales to key account customers.
- Ensure that measured performance and service measures are communicated regularly and effectively to the business.
- Achieve sales and profit targets for identified products or product ranges as well as customers or customer types.
- Promote CCF's Customer Value Proposition and Group/Brand opportunities to the identified customer base.
- Investigate/research additional product and market opportunities.
- Work in conjunction with Commercial Team and Inventory on product and stocking matters.
- Collaborate with National Sales Team functions to support the proactive growth of managed accounts.
- Make effective use of time as a resource to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Assist the Regional Sales Director on business development activities as required.
- Contribute to delivering an industry-leading Stay Safe culture.

About You
You will have worked in a similar role before, preferably in the construction and building materials market. You may have been an experienced Account Manager or Sales Manager looking for the next step in your career.
