Contract: 6 months Maternity cover, Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working each week

Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the Paint and Coatings sector, presents an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Brand Manager. With a renowned portfolio of brands, they are dedicated to the art of producing high-quality paints and coatings that are trusted by customers worldwide.
The Shopper Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for developing the shopper marketing channel and customer strategies, as well as creating and implementing effective 'path to purchase' marketing programs across both physical and digital platforms. This role will support the Senior Shopper Brand Manager in planning and executing key activities across all customers and relevant brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Shopper Marketing strategy for the designated channel/customer.
- Collaborate with Category, Brand, and Commercial teams to develop and implement channel and customer plans aimed at enhancing market share and driving sales growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assess the return on investment for various activities.
- Oversee the daily operations of shopper agencies for key initiatives.
- Act as the customer advocate within the organization, gaining insights into their shopper behavior and business strategies to foster collaboration and drive sales.
- Work alongside internal and external partners to create and deliver compelling physical and digital content that meets customer and brand objectives.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Brand, Communications, Category, and Sales teams, as well as Trade Customer Marketing where applicable.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities, capable of addressing both small and large audiences. Proven skills in project management and analysis are essential, along with the ability to influence a diverse network within the organization. A strong creative judgment and experience collaborating with creative agencies across various channels, both in-store and online, are also crucial.
- Education: Ideally a BA/BSc degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Background in Marketing/Sales across multiple categories and/or brands, with a focus on shopper marketing.
- Familiarity with working in a matrix organizational structure.
- Experience in developing and executing 'path to purchase' shopper marketing strategies.
