Brand Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our Customer Marketing function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper activation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive shopper activation plans that align with our overall business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Leading the development, execution, and evaluation of shopper activation campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital engagement, and experiential marketing
  • Conducting market and shopper insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of shopper activation activities, using key metrics and data to optimize future campaigns
  • Overseeing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of activation initiatives
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail environments, and marketing principles
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software
