About the Role

In this role, you'll support the development of category strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence. You'll oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans. You'll contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation policies.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement category strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
  2. Oversee annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans.
  3. Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation policies.
  4. Assemble the annual Marketing Plan, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives, and outstanding execution.
  5. Devise local business development initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to propel the brand forward.
The Experience We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven marketing professional with a track record in brand management. You'll have a thorough grasp of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive analysis. You'll demonstrate creativity in brand strategy and the ability to drive innovation. You'll have fluency in digital marketing and a deep understanding of marketing optimisation.
