We are now seeking a Brand Manager to join our Customer Marketing function, responsible for building channel and customer marketing plans for our professional brands, Dulux Trade and Armstead. As a key member of our team, you will create and execute 'path to purchase' marketing programmes that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive shopper activation strategies that align with overall business objectives and marketing plans.
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of shopper activation campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital engagement, and experiential marketing.
  • Conduct market and shopper insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of shopper activation activities, using key metrics and data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of activation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail environments, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
