Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy at Lead Forensics. This role offers a competitive base salary of £27,000 per annum, with an attractive on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £60,000.

Earnings Potential:

If you excel in this role, you can anticipate earnings of:

  • Year 1 - £60,000
  • Year 2 - £80,000+
  • Year 3 - £120,000+

About Lead Forensics:

Lead Forensics specializes in providing B2B SaaS solutions that empower businesses to identify website visitors and generate high-quality sales leads.

Your Role:

In this position, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy and long-term success. You will have ample opportunities for career advancement, starting with a transition to a senior role focused on larger key accounts, followed by a move into a full-cycle closing position.

A Typical Day:

Your day will begin with an hour dedicated to self-development, which includes data nurturing, call listening, and team planning. You will prospect Directors and CEOs globally using various techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

Follow our established sales process to schedule demonstrations for our Account Executives, and benefit from regular follow-up training designed to enhance your skills and support your growth within the role.

  • Previous experience in a sales role, such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, or lead generation, is advantageous.
  • A proven track record of achievement, success, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong desire and capability to progress within a sales organization.
  • A willingness to learn and absorb new information, as this role involves continuous learning and development.
