About the Role:

Sheridan Ward Recruitment Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Diary Management: Utilize a CRM system to schedule engineers and manage their diaries.
  • Request Logging and Closure: Log and close off any requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Invoicing and Financial Management: Invoicing all chargeable calls and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Meeting Attendance and Coordination: Attend meetings and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quotation Creation: Create quotations in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
