We are seeking a motivated and cheerful Restaurant Receptionist to become a part of our exceptional team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Receptionist position should possess:

  • Prior experience in a comparable role within a dynamic setting; experience in a high-end establishment is highly desirable.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • A polished appearance and excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with SevenRooms software.
  • Availability for full-time work and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
