**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Sales Associate to join our dynamic Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to guests, making product recommendations and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage guest bookings, check-in and check-out, and ensure the smooth running of appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Participate in ongoing product and customer service training to stay up-to-date on Aveda's latest offerings and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner

  • Previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry
  • Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets and KPI's
