We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity within the Credit Cards division of Consumer Lending for a Personal Assistant. This role is essential in providing support to the Credit Cards Leadership Team and collaborating with our exceptional team of Personal Assistants across the organization.
With a leading market position in Credit Card assets and a robust portfolio of brands, alongside a strong distribution network and competitive marketing capabilities, this is an ideal moment to contribute to our Cards initiatives. Our focus is on enhancing scheme partnerships, optimizing investment strategies, and elevating the visibility of our Cards operations through modernization efforts.
Your diverse responsibilities will encompass:
Comprehensive diary management, coordinating both internal and external engagements Organizing travel arrangements for the leadership team, including international trips Planning events, such as team meetings and offsite gatherings Managing supply orders, processing invoices, and generating purchase orders Cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersQualifications and Skills
