About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Head of Credit Cards who will lead a cross-functional team of experts to launch and operate multiple high-return-on-equity (RoE) credit card programs in the UK market across near-prime and prime segments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across defining, launching, implementing, and optimizing the full program management lifecycle of a credit card, including:
- Product Definition - Crafting products that meet customer needs and drive high adoption and RoA
- Marketing - Leveraging digital and non-digital acquisition channels for near-prime and prime credit cards
- Underwriting - Building, monitoring, and updating sophisticated credit risk and underwriting models and rules
- Portfolio Management - Monitoring and growing the performance and size of large credit card portfolios
- Operations - Defining and running manual and automation processes to optimize operations
- Customer Support - Delivering world-class customer satisfaction through contact centers
- Collections - Defining sophisticated contact and collections strategies
- Financial Modeling - Building sophisticated credit card financial models with granular assumptions
- Systems Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of vendors and capabilities across relevant systems
