About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Head of Credit Cards to lead our cross-functional team in launching and operating high Return on Equity (RoE) credit card programs in the UK market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to our CEO, Bhavin Turakhia.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full Program Management lifecycle of a Credit Card, including product definition, marketing, underwriting, portfolio management, operations, customer support, collections, and financial modeling.

We are looking for a deeply analytical and data-driven individual with an engineering mindset, who can operate from first principles and leverage tools and technologies to drive results. In-depth knowledge and understanding of risk and regulations are essential.

As a leader, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, inspiring, training, and retaining top talent and operating with a lean and efficient team. If you have demonstrable experience (15+ years) in heading credit risk and underwriting, acquisition, portfolio management, and collections for large-sized credit card portfolios, we encourage you to apply.
