About the Role

A remarkable opportunity has emerged within the Credit Cards sector of Consumer Lending for a Personal Assistant to provide support to members of the Credit Cards Leadership Team. You will be part of a distinguished group of Personal Assistants dedicated to excellence.

With a dominant market presence in Credit Card assets and a diverse array of brands, along with robust distribution channels and a competitive paid channel strategy, this is an exceptional moment to contribute to the Cards division. We aim to enhance our scheme partnerships, optimize investment allocations, and elevate the visibility of our Cards business through our modernization initiatives.

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

Comprehensive diary management, coordinating both internal and external meetings Organizing travel arrangements for the leadership team members, which may involve international travel Planning events, including internal team gatherings and offsite meetings Managing supply orders and software procurement, processing invoices, and raising purchase orders Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

· Strong organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks

· High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information

· Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
