About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our Credit Builder Card product and drive its integration into the Cleo experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Credit Builder Card, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead a high-performing product management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, user research, partnerships, compliance, and data teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Deliver impactful initiatives that drive customer value and business results, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product leadership, strategy, and vision in a growth-focused B2C environment.
  • Strong track record of building consumer credit/card products with a focus on user experience, reliability, and scalability.
  • Seasoned people leadership, with a proven ability to develop and motivate product managers and teams.
  • Execution-focused product delivery, with a bias for action and a proven ability to build world-class products loved by users.
