Job Summary:

The Head of Credit Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting for the operation of mixed-use developments, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to leaseholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate service charge and ground rent demands are raised.
  • Manage commercial lessees' invoices and assist in legal action for service charge/ground rent arrears.
  • Act as the focal point for all outgoings from the service charge accounts.
  • Prepare annual service charge accounts, certificates of expenditure, and balancing charges/credits.
  • Engage with stakeholders on the budget cycle process and annual accounts.
  • Maintain transparent records and books of account.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Experience in property finance.
  • Education to degree level (or equivalent) with advanced computer literacy, including MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and identify data errors.
  • Travel between developments and out-of-hours meetings may be required.
  • Opportunities for professional development.
