This role is a critical part of our Wealth and Personal Banking business, supporting millions of individuals, families, and businesses worldwide.
We provide a wide range of financial products and services, including current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Cards Utility function to ensure seamless customer journeys and efficient operations.
- Drive the operational elements of card processes and journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Own risk oversight and controls for the cards journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide inspirational leadership, embedding strategic ambitions and driving team engagement.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Deep technical expertise in Unsecured card management, with a proven track record of delivering across a broad scorecard of customer and conduct.
- Experience in setting strategic direction for an organization, galvanizing stakeholders outside of direct line management, and delivering across the matrix.
- History of cards journey management, with a strong understanding of current and future regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate thought leadership.
