About the Role

We are seeking a VP Credit Risk Acquisitions professional with a deep understanding and hands-on experience in strategizing, defining, and managing high-volume acquisition programs for large credit card portfolios, including but not limited to one or more of digital aggregators and affiliate marketing, SEM, SEO, content marketing, and referral marketing.

This role will report directly into our CEO, Bhavin Turakhia, and be responsible for a team of Marketing Associates that help our clients optimize their card acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across various dimensions of managing new customer acquisition for large Credit Card Portfolios, including:

  • Digital Aggregators - Hands-on experience in negotiating, setting up, and funnel optimization with aggregators like Money Super Market, Money Savings Expert, and others.
  • Digital Advertising - Hands-on experience in running optimized Social Media and SEO campaigns for credit card customer acquisition.
  • Viral and Referrals - Experience in crafting referral programs and leveraging the product for virality.
  • Funnel Conversion and Optimization - Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, conversion optimization.
  • Analytics - Experience in creating conversion dashboards, and measuring and optimizing CAC to ensure our financial goals, including payback period and RoA, are served.
  • Automation knowledge - In-depth knowledge of various campaign management tools and analytics tools.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Deeply Analytical and Data-Driven.
  • Engineering Mindset - Ability to operate from first principles, heavily leveraging tools and technologies, high-tech aptitude.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Digital Aggregators and Digital Marketplaces.
  • Expertise in Funnel conversion, A/B testing, Analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-into-the-details attitude.
  • Leadership skills - Ability to identify, attract, inspire, train, and retain the best talent and operate with a lean and efficient team.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience (preferably 8+ years) across heading acquisitions for banking products, specifically credit cards/unsecured lending.
  • Degrees in Engineering/Digital Marketing desirable.
