Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Join our Installation and Maintenance Operations Team to support the daily management of operational tasks.
- Communicate directly with internal teams, installers, and external logistics providers to ensure project adherence.
- Review, process, and upload compliance documentation generated from client retail fixture installations.
- Address and resolve any compliance challenges that arise during installations.
- Manage administrative tasks for installers, including hotel bookings, parking fine management, and processing requests.
- Plan and oversee various Airport Booking systems via phone and email, ensuring timely submission of airport pass applications.
- Assist in the resource allocation and scheduling of installation teams.
- Support installers in preparing the necessary stock for a variety of installations.
- Develop skills and knowledge to progress as a Business Administrator, with opportunities for advancement within the team.
